Returns Policy

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with. Please return items in a saleable, unused and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Returns of products which have been opened will not be accepted. These restrictions are for the benefit of all of our customers and mean that orders will be placed with complete confidence, as all goods supplied are new, sealed and unopened. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. When returning unwanted items, you will be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the return carriage and to ensure that the returned goods are adequately packed to avoid damage in transit. Goods returned not in original packaging and in poor condition will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your card or original method of payment, within 10 days. The refund may take a little longer to appear in your account/bank due to the banks process. 

If you haven’t received a refund in that timescale then we would advise to first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is complete.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you’ve still not received your refund yet, please get in touch with us.
